Today we would like to introduce you to
Punt Mobles, a renown company from Valencia that offers high quality contemporary furniture.
A year and a half ago, thanks to some friend from Oliva, I had the good fortune of meeting
Vicent MartÃnez . Vicent MartÃnez is the founder of Punt Mobles and the author of the furniture design icon "La Literatura", a double shelf unit on wheels.
Punt Mobles has in his portfolio designers of the standing of
Terence Woodgate , one of the most respected contemporary designers of the United Kingdom.
In a recent interview for the Grand Designs magazine, Terence Woodgate explains his beginnings in the furniture design world and says:
"My first real big break as a furniture designer was with The Conran Shop - I created a series of modular curved cabinets called River for Punt Mobles. The Conran Shop supported the design and introduced me to the Spanish company at a Design Museum talk. I've since produced pieces for them - including the Sussex sideboard, inspired by barns near my home."

Personally, the minimalist design, the elegance, the attention to detail and the high quality of the finishes of this Valencian furniture brand seduces me. And it makes me proud to see that products of such quality are being produced in my region.

First off I would like to say excellent blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your head before writing. I've had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out. I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints?
